You will see some of the world’s most sacred and impressive historical sites, accompanied by a very knowledgeable explanation of their contexts in Japanese and world history, and will also enjoy some of the rich and unique Osaka/Kyoto nightlife.

Fly into Osaka and then to Kyoto, Japan’s ancient capital for over 1,000 years.
Then on to Niseko—the world’s powder skiing capital and world’s 6th ranked resort.

Skiers will enjoy Niseko’s multiple resort and off-piste options, along with an excursion to Rusutsu, Hokkaido’s largest ski resort, optional day trips to powder-Mecca Kiroro and Teine Resorts, and backcountry ski options, while those who desire other experiences will enjoy fascinating side trips to the port city of Otaru, famed hot springs resort of Noboribetsu, Date-Jidaimura “Ninja” Theme Park, Shikotsu-Toya National Park (site of G8 Summit), lifestyle exploration of Japanese home/school/shops, and hands-on demonstrations of classical Japanese culture.

The nightlife in Niseko, as well as its hot springs, will provide memories of a lifetime. Then on to Sapporo—Hokkaido’s capital, with its Sapporo Beer Garden “Genghis Khan” lunch special, shopping, and a night in the Susukino District—Japan’s most renowned nightlife area…
Finally, we will head for Tokyo to experience its famed Asakusa district, Akihabara shopping and Roppongi nightlife before heading home.
