Ready for Breck?
The opening day of the 2016-17 Winter season begins on Nov 11, 2016. Are you ready for all that Breckenridge, Colorado has to offer?
With five huge peaks spanning close to 3,000 acres, Breckenridge skiing has something for all abilities and interests. It’s also the home to North America’s highest chairlift, the Imperial Express, which carries skiers up to the high alpine bowls for views and steeps that you’ll never forget.
But perhaps what makes Breck one of the more unique Colorado ski resorts is that it’s the largest historic district in Colorado. The town’s rich mining history allows you to take a step back in time as you walk along Main Street, past the authentic buildings that have stood for over 100 years, and enjoy the town’s friendly vibe.
