Charges:
For single occupancy, add $35 per night.

Not included:
gas, oil, alcohol, lunch, snacks, personal expenses, insurance, and transportation of you and your sled to the hotel of departure.

$200 deposit required.
Full payment due by 15 December or by other arrangements agreed upon.
Confirmation to follow full payment.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 30 days or more before departure; forfeit full deposit. Cancel 30 days or less before departure; forfeit full payment.

Sled rentals available $160 US$ per day.
Includes: insurance, clothing, face mask, helmet, unlimited mileage, oil. Deposit required.

Weather or other acts
beyond the control of New England Bob.
Bob may cancel any trip and refund in full amount paid by client. Trips may be modified to ensure safety of the group. If circumstances require a trip to be extended, client agrees to pay $175 US for each additional day. Routes may be changed if particular hotel, service or activity is unavailable, price shall not be affected.


Typical Schedule for Guided Trip

12 Noon to 6 p.m.	- Arrival and supper
7 a.m.(daily)	- Breakfast before trip start
8 a.m.(daily)	- Start trip for the day
5 p.m.(daily)	- Arrival at hotel and supper
7 a.m. (last day)	- Breakfast included

SLED PREPARATION

• Have professionally serviced, jets for cold temperature.
• Spare belts, plugs, oil, dry gas
• Handlebar warmers, saddle bags, gauntlets.
• Call for more further info and details.
• Drain all old gas from your sled and dump it into your truck. Fill sled with fresh gas for the first ride of the season.
